1. Shipping Processing Times
✔ All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
✔ You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping across the USA. Our delivery windows are straightforward so you know exactly when to expect your package:

✔ Shipping Cost: Free Delivery in USA.
📌 Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we make every effort to deliver your package within 4 to 7 days, occasional carrier delays (due to weather, peak holiday seasons, or high volume) may occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
✔ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
✔The tracking number will become active and show updates within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Damages and Missing Packages
✔ We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the item as successfully delivered.
✔ If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact our support team immediately at Support@newdaynest.com with your order number so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
5. Incorrect Addresses
✔ Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
✔ If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
